What do you need at your convention? Well, you need a variety of products, you need order forms, and you need signage! One of the best ways to present yourself at any Expo, Convention, or Trade Show is to get your signage, your brochures, your catalogs, and your order forms all laid out with your information cards.

Backdrops

First things first. Your convention display will need a backdrop. Now, you can choose from any number of brightly colored or black and white backdrops. Or, if you need one, you can order a custom stand that holds a custom-printed backdrop.

This is great for reptile displays (green jungle to complement your brown snakes), magician acts (pick a razzle-dazzle sign, or just to show off your logo and business description. Black backdrops are also great for hanging posters of your live demonstrations behind you.

Vertical Banner Signs and Brochure Stands

Do you need something to go beside your table or to put at the corner of your display lot? You can put up a vertical banner sign which will show your brand, products, and demonstrations to your customers. You can also put up a vertical shelf of brochures so that all of your customers can learn the story of your business, why you are here in this world, and what you plan to do about your presence.

Is your business groundbreaking? Your brochures (or the display signs) can show the in-between processes of how to make your product or service and how your customers what the inside of your business really looks like. Tablecloths

Your tablecloths are also part of your expo brand. They need to match your products and they need to highlight them. Not everyone will be able to see a set of high-end knives against a neon green background. Likewise, a set of black obsidian pieces of jewelry will not show up against a black background.

Your tablecloth and its color and material are important. A velveteen tablecloth will hold dust more easily and should be avoided in desert-like environments like Las Vegas. Smooth, crisp, silky material looks luxurious in any light and is great for all trade shows.

Order Books

Catalogs

For the regular public and for distributors who want to see your entire product line, you will need a nice, colorful, glossy-page catalog. If you don’t already have one printed up, we can do that for you, as well.

We can give you a small-batch printing process on that and you can give them out to suppliers as they pass your table. That way, they can browse your entire catalog while they wait on someone else. This is also a great way to give customers a view of your website ahead of time. They know what you carry and will be more likely to log on.

Demonstration Models

This is a great way to make sure that your expo stall is very well kept up. You can showcase your product or service, live, in front of your customers at the convention with Las Vegas trade show models. Of course, you will need promotional items. Free, discounted, or giveaway t-shirts are perfect for your stall. Make sure that you have them hung out where everyone can see them and browse them at will. Come up with cute slogans for your company that can be used with a picture. Some kind of funny pun.

Then, combine the two on a t-shirt with your company’s business web address (keep this well updated) in clear print below the joke. Also, consider giving away or selling coffee mugs. Whether you have mugs or t-shirts, your business will be easy to remember because your customers will see it every day.

Pen Printing

One of the easiest and fastest ways to spread around your business is to give away free pens (make them colorful and attractive, not the cheap stuff) in a big basket at the front of your table. Complete this with a “FREE PENS!!!” sign right beside it, so that they don’t have to ask.

This is great because adults love free stuff and kids will love collecting them, visiting the website, and asking their parents to take them there, show them this, or buy them that. Kids are always your safest bet into selling both products and services. If you get someone’s kids involved, you have them.

You could be a wacky, crazy chemist at a science or chemistry convention. You could be a snake seller at a reptile expo. You could be a show cat breeder (with a half-grown pettable kitten display) at a cat show.
